Jim Dekosta was absolutely amazing to work with! My family owns a small Italian restaurant in the Mississippi Delta that opened in 1948. Now in its third generation, we’re proud to still be going strong today. We’ve always been known for our homemade recipes — especially our sauces and dressings.
